What data we process and why<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Responding to enquiries<\/strong> sent via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, including cooperation enquiries. Data: name, e-mail, phone, company name (optional), message content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest \u2014 communicating with people who contact us) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). Retention: for the time needed to handle the enquiry, and then until the limitation period for any claims expires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.<\/strong> Data as above. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: until the limitation period for claims expires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creating and maintaining a user account<\/strong> (if you create one). Data: e-mail address, username, password (stored in encrypted form), optionally first and last name. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the account service under the Terms of Service). Retention: until the account is deleted; you can delete your account at any time by writing to info@you-look.com.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensuring the operation and security of the website.<\/strong> Data: IP address, technical data about your device and browser (server logs). Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest.
