  1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website you-look.com<\/strong> (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) and are issued under Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.<\/li>\n
  2. The service provider is YOU LOOK POLAND sp. z o.o., Al. Jerozolimskie 89\/43, 02-001 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001063776, NIP 7011171996, REGON 526798456, e-mail: info@you-look.com<\/a> (the \u201cProvider\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a7 2. Services<\/h2>\n

    1. The Provider offers the following services through the Website free of charge: a) information about YOU LOOK products and about the Provider; b) a contact form for sending messages to the Provider; c) a user account \u2014 the option to register on the Website.<\/li>\n
    2. Product information on the Website is not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract (Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code). No sales are made through the Website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a7 3. Technical requirements<\/h2>\n

      To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled; the contact form and user account also require an active e-mail address.<\/p>\n

      \u00a7 4. Rules of use and risks<\/h2>\n

      1. Users must use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.<\/li>\n
      2. Submitting unlawful content, in particular content that infringes the rights of third parties, is prohibited.<\/li>\n
      3. Users provide true information in the contact form and when registering.<\/li>\n
      4. Using electronic services involves the usual internet risks, such as malware, phishing or interception of transmitted data. The Provider uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS); we recommend using an up-to-date browser and antivirus software.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a7 5. Conclusion and termination<\/h2>\n

        1. The agreement for the information service is concluded when you enter the Website and ends when you leave it.<\/li>\n
        2. The agreement for the contact form service is concluded when you start filling in the form and ends when the message is sent or you decide not to send it.<\/li>\n
        3. The account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon registration. Users may terminate it at any time by requesting account deletion at info@you-look.com. The Provider may terminate the agreement for important reasons, in particular a breach of these Terms, with 14 days\u2019 notice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00a7 6. Complaints<\/h2>\n

          1. Complaints about the Website can be sent to info@you-look.com<\/a> or in writing to the Provider\u2019s address.<\/li>\n
          2. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies in the same way the complaint was submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00a7 7. Personal data<\/h2>\n

            The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

            \u00a7 8. Final provisions<\/h2>\n

            1. The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the scope of services. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the Website.<\/li>\n
